Annual music event "Party on the Field", held at White House Farm, Misterton, has once again kindly supported Five Villages First Responders.
The popular day, which was held on Saturday 20th July, is organised by Chris & Phil Clay, owners of White House Farm camping and caravan site and features bands and musicians and raises funds for local charities and good causes.
Party on the Field raised an amazing total of over £9,000 this year and was divided between five good causes, with a massive £1806.90 being donated to Five Villages First Responders.
FVFR Coordinator, Martyn Johnson said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to Chris, Phil and all the team that make Party on the Field happen. They put in so much hard work to create a great day and through their dedicated efforts they have yet again raised a fantastic amount of money for charities."
He went on to say: "A very big thank you to everyone involved, including all those who supported by donating their time, logistics and prizes, as well as all the bands and musicians and to all those who bought tickets and attend the wonderful event. Thank you to Chris & Phil for choosing FVFR again this year to benefit from the fund raising that has taken place. All such donations help us to continue the life saving voluntary work that we do within the local community."
