Pub Funds New Defibrillator at Gringley on the Hill
The Blue Bell supports replacement public defibrillator for village

A big thank you to Adam and all the customers and supporters at The Blue Bell in Gringley on the Hill, and to Paddy who is the guardian of the public defibrillator located outside the pub.
They’ve fund raised for a new defibrillator to replace the one which was first installed back in 2014 by Five Villages First Responders. As always we continue to support the network of community defibrillators across the local villages, which in turn are supported by many local people, businesses and organisations.
If required in an emergency when someone has suffered a cardiac arrest, call 999 for an Ambulance and the call taker will give details and access code to the nearest defibrillator, as well as potential life saving instructions on how to perform CPR and use the defibrillator. The Blue Bell have continued to be big supporters of FVFR and of the community public access defibrillator.
