Learn Life Saving Skills - CPR & AED
Would you know what to do if a family member, a colleague, neighbour or even a complete stranger suffered a sudden cardiac arrest... would you be able to help them?
There are Community Defibrillators in many local villages now - would you know where they were, and how to access one in an emergency? Could you quickly recognise a cardiac arrest, perform CPR and know how to use one of the public Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)?
These skills are really simple, anyone can do them, and they could be potentially life saving. We run FREE CPR & AED awareness sessions for any member of the community to attend.
**2025 Sessions:**
- Monday 20th October 2025 - Everton Village Hall, Church Street, Everton. 7.30pm. All welcome.
- Monday 17th November 2025 - Gringley on the Hill Community Centre, West Wells Lane, Gringley on the Hill. 7.30pm. All welcome.
We have already run sessions in Walkeringham, West Stockwith and Belton during 2025. There are further sessions also planned in Beckingham and Misterton - dates TBC.
